Pricing
- The Sensory Shop items are priced in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
- Should a product inadvertently be listed at the incorrect price, The Sensory Shop reserves the right to cancel, revise or refuse any order based on the incorrect price.
Refunds and Returns
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you are entitled to return it to The Sensory Shop within 7 working days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unassembled, unused and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Please notify us of a defective or incorrect product in writing via email within 48 hours of receipt of the product – after which, The Sensory Shop has the right to decline the return.
- You will receive a refund for the full cost of the item within 7 working days from the arrival of the goods at The Sensory Shop.
- Products will not be eligible for return if they have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property.
- Items arriving after the 7 working day return deadline may not be accepted and can be returned to the sender.
- If it is subsequently found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs.
- Please note: Goods on sale or special promotion may not be returned or exchanged.
- As a rule, refunds are offered via EFT payment and take up to 7 working days to process. Once processed, EFT refunds will take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
Shipping Rates
- We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over R650.00.
- For orders less than this amount, a nominal flat-rate fee of R89.00 will be charged.
- Delivery by courier will take 2 – 7 working days to reach you depending on the area that you live in.
Delivery Policy
- The Sensory Shop delivers nationwide via Fastway Couriers.
- Deliveries are door-to-door, Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

- Should a package not be delivered through no fault of Fastway (e.g. no-one on-premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address), Fastway will attempt a second delivery. If this is still unsuccessful, Fastway will attempt to contact you via phone/mobile to arrange delivery. If Fastway is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse and checked back into stock. You will be refunded the amount for the products excluding the original delivery fee and a handling charge of 15%.
- Should the delivery address provided by you be incorrect, The Sensory Shop will not be held liable for any losses or additional charges incurred.
Cancellation of Orders
- Customers are entitled to cancel an order
- Cancellations requested after the order has been dispatched will be treated as a return.
- The Sensory Shop reserves the right to impose a 15% handling fee on all cancellations at their discretion.
